Heather has been interested in how the human body moves through space her entire life. She was introduced to movement with dance classes at 4 years old and continues to dance and practice yoga to this day. After studying Greek Archaeology in her twenties, traveling the world, and teaching middle school, she became a licensed massage therapist in 2003, graduating from the Humanities Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is passionate about the body, mind, and soul connection and the way it manifests in the physical world.
